Hi, I was just courious to find out if there is anyone that has been through a assesment to prove to social services you can cope with your children ?
Has anyone been put into a residential unit and been abserved and watched with your children ?
Any help on this matter would be great
Excuse my ignorance but why would people be put in this position - can you explain a little more please (for someone a little on the slow side!)
Hi i am going through this right now....
SS will delay all they can even with a court order saying they should have started 2 weeks ago i still do not have a start date
edit add
to SM
its what SS do when they want to delay so they can get to the final court date and say we never had a chance to apraise the father even though they did a female months ago.
As for why...
i will admit i tried to kill myself with what i had to do to ensure my son was kept out of foster care. but no one has ever even tried to claim i ever did anything than what i thought was the best for my children unlike the females and the 18 reports of sexual abuse of my son (in ss reports!!!) by his mother that ss think is nothing
Wow - thanks for posting and it sounds like you are have a rough time - I do hope it all gets sorted in your favour soon
