I saw this yesterday....poor child, she is emotionally damaged and the transition won't be an easy one.

The mother took her abroad and flouted the order, that's probably why the courts acted and are removing her, they don't like it when a parent ignores their order.....if it were PA in isolation I doubt it would be the same outcome.

However , at least PA is now on the table so perhaps we may get some sensible discussion and forward movement on the issue.
