Morning all,
Hope you've all had great weekends; well for us its time for another car seat. With my daughter now in nursery I pick her up a couple of times a week so thought I would get a car seat for my car. We were leaving the maxi cosi at nursery then strapping it into my car! A pain at the end of the day the isofix lives in my wifes car. Anyways I digresss......
Ive found the below car seat and at ΓΒ£44.90 and amazon have just sent me my "despatched email" I am now having second thoughts as to wheather it is too cheap, the original RRP was around ΓΒ£100. Now all of the user reviews I find seem to be ok but its not listed on which..... Do any of you have this seat or know the brand, my instints tell me the seat is fine but a little nervous I dont know that brand.
Team Tex Nania Driver SP Group 0 and 1 Car Seat (Granite)
Any thoughts/feedback would be greatly apreciated.
Thanks
Rorodadda
Hi rorodadda
We have had 3 Nania seats in total for our 2 kids and they have been great.
I know what you mean about being nervous of a brand you haven't heard of, but someone I knew had one so went for it.
The first one we got was similar to the one you've looked at but it was a girls, (it was about 4 years ago though)
I'd say the best thing to do would be to examine it really closely when you get it, make sure it has the relevant safety symbols etc. But I cant complain about the ones we had.
They're just a pain in the [censored] to fit in and take out of the car, but aren't they all, unless you get iso-fix or something similar. π
