Have you seen this article on the BBC website regarding Men's Rights.

Wondered what everyone thinks about the suggested swing in power of the sexes and why can there not be a happy medium?

Unfortunately I dont think men will ever be able to claim discrimination - however there are really interesting opportunities around the new maternity laws.

Also think the thread about flexible working currently going on here runs the risk of discrimination
