Potentially, yes - well during the term of the suspension. And if she does anything wrong, the term that had been suspended would be added to any new sentence.

Excellent still should stop her trying anything again and send a message out to other mums and god forbid should she have anymore kids she'll have a criminal record to boot.

It's Ethan I feel sorry for, having all these issues dragged through court and the newspapers.

I do stand by what I said at the start of this, if there were clear consequences for anyone found to be fabricating allegations, perhaps things wouldn't be allowed to escalate this far.

The only positive I can see to come out of this is raising awareness amongst the general public. Alienating / alleging parents may think twice before commencing on a campaign of hate.....

I agree wholeheartedly with this, and especially if judges are prepared to come down heavily on those where allegations have been shown to be false.

Bang on hopefully he has been shielded from all the publicity the dad seems to have kept very quiet which is a good thing at the end of the day it's that little rat Rebecca who is to blame she's caused all of it.
