[Solved] lead in the pencil

so anyone read the Too Much Lead In Your Pencil article in thelondonpaper 11th Sept? ( www.londonpaper.com ) i'm not sure if i should laugh or be shocked as the article says that sale of drugs such as Viagra and Levitra, which were onced the playtoys of the older man, have rocked as younger chaps (18-30) turn to them to enhance their sexual performance.

The article put it down to issues of insecurity as we younger guys pop the pills in the hope of being better in the sack! They say that the media is to blame ( well of course the media is always to blame you wont hear me disagree with that statement!) but apparently the Armani poster of Beckham in his pants has left us all felling a little "deflated" 😳 !! They quote a learned [censored] theropist (and why was that job not mentioned at my catholic school careers day?) as saying " Mens media tells them (men) that they should get erections which last for hours and they should be ready for round 2 straight away" ... apparently the [censored] theropist also blames pornography too for its fake portrayal of stamina, size etc.

I think i'll leave the last word to Chris Roberts from Barnes who said "i'm 28 and have no difficulties in that deptartment but i took the drug Viagra after my girlfriend read an article proclaiming its wonders....my girlfriend was bord after the 1st hour, it was all a bit of a let down and i was quite sore" 😯

so laughter aside .... are younger men worried about performance and stamina these days ? what should we do as dads to educate our sons in the truth about [censored]... how graphic would you be in discussing [censored] with your sons?

Here they have mentioned Viagra and Levitra are the play things in the olden days may be because the olden day’s people don’t have any problem regarding to their health but now a day the people are mostly in the hospital to take the medicine even for the headache also.

I fell slightly sorry for Chris Roberts!!

The only proven way to improve your performance without risking your health (which these drugs do) is the following -
Cut down or stop smoking
Eat healthily
Take more exercise
Drink less alcohol
Reduce anxiety
Communitate well with your partner

Okay I found this list of NATURAL & PROVEN ways to improve performance :

1. Reduce / Stop Smoking,
2. Healthy Eating (see the how healthy is your diet thread http://www.dadtalk.co.uk/forum/viewtopi ... ecee667886 ),
3. Exercise more often,
4. reduce alcohol intake,
5. reduce stress,
6. communicate with your partner (generally and about [censored]!)
7. learn more about [censored] (mutual orgasm has to be the goal!)

Cheers, Buzz
