This one has been puzzling me for a while - I often refer to my ex wife (actually, I have two, but only one of them is a [censored]) and need to distinguish between her and my present wife. However, I think calling her my current wife, or my present wife makes it sound like I don't think she's here to stay (which she is π ) and that there may be another one to follow.
So any suggestions how I should refer to her on here? π

Wife is current and present so why not just call her your wife and your ex...is "ex"! LOL! I had plenty of names for my ex, the common one being fat face! π (plenty of rude ones too!)
True. Problem is when I am referring back, for a period time she was my future wife, as my ex was the current. It's all very confusing π
