[Solved] How do I refer to my wife?

This one has been puzzling me for a while - I often refer to my ex wife (actually, I have two, but only one of them is a [censored]) and need to distinguish between her and my present wife. However, I think calling her my current wife, or my present wife makes it sound like I don't think she's here to stay (which she is πŸ™‚ ) and that there may be another one to follow.

So any suggestions how I should refer to her on here? πŸ˜†

Hmm,

1 - they all were/are (well legally anyway)
2 - I like this πŸ™‚
3 - too much like the song πŸ˜€
4 - not clear which when I'm referring back
5 - Definitely not, I wouldn't even refer to her as that even as a joke πŸ™‚
6 - Hmm, prefer number 2 though.

Wife is current and present so why not just call her your wife and your ex...is "ex"! LOL! I had plenty of names for my ex, the common one being fat face! πŸ˜† (plenty of rude ones too!)

You could ask your wife what she would like to be referred to as πŸ™‚

True. Problem is when I am referring back, for a period time she was my future wife, as my ex was the current. It's all very confusing πŸ˜†

I wouldn't expect you to use these but I remember Basil Fawlty calling Sybil the following

"the dragon",
"toxic midget"
"my little nest of vipers"
"sabre-toothed tart"
"my little piranha fish"
"my little workhorse"
"my little commandant."

Very funny
