[Solved] How best to cover the turf soil in my garden?

Good Morning

Most of my garden consists of turf soil. Could somebody be kind enough to suggest the best and cheapest way to cover it?

I was thinking of putting in grass or artificial grass, or block slabs. Any more suggestions greatly appreciated

We had some which was destroyed by the dogs (one of ours couldn't go out of the garden for 6 months due to an operation), we put some weed control sheet down and then covered it in natural pebbles. Plenty of other options, depending on cost and what you want to use it for - no experience of artificial grass at all.

Hi there

I think it would depend on what you want to use the garden for - if it is a play are for the kids then I would always suggest grass but you need to be careful with seeds or turf as it does need to be watered a lot.

Also be wary of just putting down slabs because it is easy to maintain as future buyers may be put off
