Hi All,
Would say good to meet you all but circumastances could be better.
I am going to be put out of work as the new child maintanance system is charging me so much i would be bust.
I cant seem to get help from anywhere.
Legal advice was speak to CMS who are the people im against.
No way is this legal or lawful its a disgrace.
i looked to contact local MP but due to elections i cant speak to anyone.
Any one that can help please i will do anything to take these down.
I have the evidence of the calculator been wrong but who looks at that
Hi there
When using their calculator it does state that it's an estimate, so I doubt you could use that to be honest. If you are getting nowhere with the them, you have the option to complain/appeal and now the general election is over you can contact your local MP and ask for help.
Sorry I can't be more helpful,
Best of luck
Its OK many thanks for the advice.
Looks like i have no place to go other than MP.
I am just worried as if i dont get this fixed asap i will have to leave my job as i physically cannot afford to get there.
Oh and i cant afford to eat either.
I have tried talking to them to say i need help and offered money i can afford but they would rather see me on the street
