Listened to an interesting article on the radio today about the rising cost of living, the fact that wages were not increasing as fast and that the higher (40%) tax bracket was coming down to £35k adding an extra 750,000 people.
I know times are hard and we all need to tighten our belts - but isnt there any good news at the moment!
