I am simply disappointed with the CMS. I truly believe that the agency does need further reforming as a non-resident parent I have absolutely no rights, it's simply not ideal being a man in these situations.
Basically, since the consent order expired my lovely ex-wife has stopped me seeing the children if that was not enough, she has now decided to brainwash them against me and help is simply not at hand. I have basically lost my daughter, she just doesn't want to see me anymore despite the fact that I have done nothing wrong. My son is a bit younger but I am sure he will follow the same route.
All because my ex-wife figured it out that if I did not see my children she would get more in Child Maintenance. The system is rotten and does not promote peace it simply inflicts pain.
I feel more like a sperm donor than a father at this point in time.
Very dark time.
Hi There,
.
This is really sad to hear, and I can see your view about CMS, but I have to say that they haven't failed you, it's your ex's attitude which has caused the problem, I was always told that the courts and other agencies can only do so much, but what ever they do it would never protect against my ex's attitude.
.
Are you able to re apply to court? why was an end date put on the original order?
