[Solved] Can I still claim for mis-sold PPI?

Hi Folks

I took out a mortgage from Bradford & Bingley to buy my home about 15 years ago. I have now paid off all my mortgage but as some of you may be aware, Bradford & Bingley Building Society got took over by Santander a few years ago.

Will I still be able to claim for possible mis-sold PPI?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

You should be able to. There's no harm finding out. πŸ™‚

Good luck

May sound a silly question, but was there any misselling involved?

Hi

I don't really remember if any mis-selling was involved.

I thought it would be a good idea to get a copy of the agreement to check it out.

I would check the MoneySavingsExpert forum, I think there's quite a bit on there about it (and certainly, don't use a company to claim if you are going to).

I am not sure but I could ask one of the many text messages I get on a daily basis to look into it for you!!!!

Did you have a car accident or would you like to write off 75% of your total debt recently I can possibly help there too!!
