Hi Folks
Could someone please advice as to the best way to use Linked In/Twitter for job hunting?
How do I get in touch with recruiters/recruitment agencies using Linked In? Do I need to ‘connect’ to them first, or send them an email or follow them? Would I need pay for this service?
I have also tried to use Twitter. It seems to be constantly changing and I feel a bit overwhelmed by it all. How could I best use it for job hunting?
Thanks
Having just changed jobs I did use both twitter and linked in and thought they were pretty useful
I found that the more details you put on linked in the better as recruitment agencies look for key words such as job title
You do need to register with some agencies and they will automatically try to find you out
I didn't think twitter was as good but some agencies do have a twitter feed
Good luck
Thanks Super Mario
