With nearly a third of all children likely to experience their parents separating by the age of 16, Mariella Frostrup explores what a parent can do when they have decided to end their relationship. What is the best way to break the news to your child? How should you manage sharing the children's time? When is it right to introduce new partners? Or should we just be trying harder to stay together for the kids? Mariella is joined by Penny Mansfield from OnePlusOne, Bob Greig from OnlyDads, Jane Robey from National Family Mediation, Harry Benson from the Marriage Foundation and clinical psychologist, Angharad Rudkin, to discuss how best to parent through a divorce or separation.
