We regularly see a lack of proper response from Local Authority Childrens Services, when we share our concerns for our children with them. This article in the Guardian may go some way to explain why our children are being failed.
This was the case when my son was pursuing custody of his son, he highlighted it at the final hearing and we felt that it had an impact on the courts decision when they found in his favour.
Makes for sad but interesting reading!
