I'm challenging myself to become as fit as possible in 4 minutes of exercise a day over the month of March.
I've started a YouTube channel and the launch video can be seen here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYTk2tLot-0&t=44s.
I've also launched a website with information about the Challenge and wider health and fitness practices. The site is trdotcom.com.
I'd love to hear what people think of the notion given how time constrained we all are, and what others do to develop and maintain their health.
While this is ostensibly a physical challenge, mental endurance given working two jobs, with two children and cycling to and from work at the age of 40 will play a big role. Saying that, sprinting really focuses my mind in a way that jogging does not.
