I am going through mediation but my ex is making it drag out longer as she has access to our daughter but I just want to see my daughter has it's been 5 weeks now and when I lived there I did the morning duties and the evening duties like feeding bathing and putting her to bed for the last 2 years and now I can't even see her is there anyway I can get to see her or do I have to wait till mediation because it's getting stressed out so much that she has all the cards in her hand and I have none
Hi There,
.
How many mediation sessions have you been too?
.
It's going to depend on that really, if things aren't working then you can ask the mediator if they will sign the court papers.
