Hi I am a dad if two kids, I did get a contact order, but my ex would not comply, so I took it back for enforcement and she said all the rights things in court. I was given the enforcement order, but she is still breaking the order I am applying again, for an c79, but have not seen or spoken to my son for 3 months (last enforcement made in February 2016)....
Just wondering what to put in the order as my ex will not let me speak to my son and always says no at contact times...,, I am not sure what to place the form
Thanks
HI,
I am going through an enforcement order myself. Im sorry to say the fact of the matter is if the mother dont turn up all you can do is keep enforcing the order. I did seek legal advice once and she said after 30 years of being a solicitor in family courts, she has never met a mother who has got into real trouble, as punishing the mother is not in the best interest of the child, all you can do is what your doing now, keep bringing it to court and hope for the best.
I know that dont seem helpful and its brutal but its just an honest opinion.
Hope things pick up for you
Paul
