[Solved] Fight For The Right?...I won't take No lying down.

This is going to be a daily log of my long journey fighting to get my kids back in my life....

It all starts now as I have to re-apply for the right to see my kids paying £250.00 for the right to love my kids. It is a price worth paying for, but will take time to save the funds. My Ex has withdrawn her prospected specific order application in the thought I would not be aware of what happened and just sit waiting to hear from the courts and cafcass.

However, I am not dumb as some people thinking I am, and the fight starts now to regain the two things in my life that matter to me the most. MY KIDS. I have been pushed out, lied too, deceived and accused of many hurtful and derogatory things. No grounbs for this, just hatred, bitterness and loathing from a scorned person who cannot control my life anymore and thats what she hates the most. I have moved on and found happiness rebuilding my life.

Just occurred to me - why do you have to re-apply? The existing contact order is still in place isn't it?

I feel your pain, you have just described my life and current situation apart from the fact i am just at the first application about to start the fight for my children.

i am assuming you have already been to court as you are now re applying, i am daunted my the thought of the whole process and worried i am going to make things worse was it as bad as you thought going through it.
