Advice needed please!
If my boyfriend adopts my daughter as his own, and her biological dad agrees to this, does the biological dad then have any rights?
Quite simply no he doesn't. Adoption is final as far as the rights of the bio father are concerned and once he agrees then all responsibilities and rights are signed away.
