Hi people,
I have just got back into weight lifting, It's been a few weeks now. However, My wrist hurts whenever I do weight lifting this includes bicep curls, working flat, incline and decline chest. I am restricted to go higher in weight not because I don't have the power to do so but because my wrist is hurting.
Does anyone know the cause of this and how to sort this out?
Thanks
I think the cause is the lifting of the weights, and the way to sort it out is to stop lifting them.
Works for me anyway 😀

LouisFisher - are you lifting weights at a gym ? If so why not have a quite word with a member of staff for some advice?
Gooner
I had a chat with a member of staff and he said 'my technique was fine'
I might have to ring doctors 🙁

They will just tell you to rest it for a while, so just carry on carefully if its not too bad.
I use these wrist wraps
hope that helps
