Hi all

I have suffered with Psoriasis for 18 years now and for me it has been a massive problem especially with confidence,i have it all over my body and flares up even worse when under any stress or feelings of anxiety which I know is one thing that makes it worse, would just like to talk to other sufferers or if any one has any advice about the condition.

I have researched a lot about it and I know they say diet/exercise helps but has anyone any other tips that I possibly don't know about.

Be good to talk to anyone who knows about it or has family/friends that suffer with it.

Have you tried cocoa butter or coconut oil? heard conflicting reports, so you'd need to be careful to see how you react to either.

There's a psoriasis association website which you probably know about, and various blogs by sufferers....I have one direct experience given by a friend who visited the Dead Sea resort where they treat skin conditions with good success, but of course this expensive....worth a mention though, it worked for him.

The company I work for sells a nutritional oil called Udos Oil & we've had a lot of customers say how amazed they are after taking the oil for a few months & how well it has controlled their psoriasis.
I'm not trying to sell our product but if it helps you should try it.
Google it mate, worth a shot.

Use coconut oil daily. If it does not work. You can also use candid - B and Betnovate - N together. How to use it? I am telling you... Firstly apply candid-B then leave it for 15 minutes. After 15 min, apply Betnovate - N. You will definitely get fine, because I have used this and now I am fine. I have also used coconut oil but it did not cure me. That's why I chose this.
