Good evening fellas
So for a while my right testical has had like a lump/ large top where the tube meets your ball .
So I went to the doctors yesterday and I now have to have a scan .
But nothing feels right down there the doctor said my right is a lot larger then the left and feels like fluid he said .
But I can't help but think about it and feel down there and not only this i'v been getting like a belly Acke but not painful just discomfort.
I'm getting worried now and i'v got to wait for a letter from Dr to tell me when it is .
Has anyone else experience anything similar
Hello lydamore,
Yes I have heard of fluid in the [censored] round the testicle and it proved to be easily treated and harmless. It can be uncomfortable.
Try not to worry too much, it is natural that you will but take heart from the fact the doctor has given his opinion and I don't think he would have said what he did if he thought it was something sinister.
Hi There,
.
Yes I can relate to everything you have just said.
.
I had a similar thing, I had a small lump on the left testical, it was small and not painful in any way so I wasn't worried about it, then from no where it became quite tender, and like you have said I experienced some discomfort in my stomache and back, all of which if you read things online can relate back to the dreaded worst case, It is easy to relate any pain back to the worst case, for me when my back started hurting I knew full well I had hurt it at the gym, but it didn't stop me from worrying that it was related.
.
I went to the doctors and after she had a feel, I was told it felt like a cyst, but that she would send me for a scan to confirm.
.
It's easy to say don't worry but I know that I felt awful the whole time waiting for the scan and couldn't sleep ect, it took a few weeks for the scan to come through and after another 2 days for the results, mine was all clear and was just a cyst, the nurse who carried out the scan had told me at the time, I shouldn't worry and that as far as she could see it was just a syst, but that a consultant would confirm. That took the stress off a bit as I don't think she would have risked telling me that if she wasn't confident that it wasn't anything else.
.
Hopefully your scan date will come through quickly and will find all is ok.
.
