Any tips on bedtime drinks?
It seems my liquorice herbal tead doesnt work anymore...........
Just read some old posts and will try camomile tea and lavander oil next.
I guess Ill have to rattle around the house until morning and then go get it.
I think Ill do the hoovering and empty the dishwasher at least Im being productive.

I've just been to Wales for a week on holiday. I can verify that counting sheep doesn't work - the noisy buggers kept us awake a lot of the night 😀
