Hi Folks

Can someone recommend an online fitness trainer for a male in his later 40s who has done next to none fitness training in his life !! He is not overweight but just wants to gain muscle strength etc and perhaps a kilo or two or weight. He would also like advice of what to eat etc.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thank You.

I've not seen any on-line fitness trainers but then again I've never looked. If you have a look on bodybuilding.com you will find tonnes of work out and nutrition plans for free. You tube is very useful as well and again free.

There's a banner at the top of the forum with a fitness program.

My dad tends to have a high blood sugar level. His doctor gave him a list of recommendations to follow. He also, told him to keep a specific diet, and now he cannot consume some products, but he is okay with that.

By the way, the biggest issue for my dad was with exercising. We paid for a yearly membership at the gym, but it was a waste of money because he wasn’t feeling comfortable in that environment. Since exercising is one of the important recommendations to follow in order to get a معدل السكر في الدم, we had to do something with that. We found a lot of different workouts for beginners that are at least 5—10 minutes long and did it together with our dad. After a while, he started to enjoy them and became motivated by his results. Now, we do a bit more exercise, and also try to take long-distance walks at parks and do different other activities.

I think that on youtube you can find a lot of channels that will work for you as a trainer. Don't spend more money, my opinion.;)

Many gyms are closed now so online training has become popular. If you know a good online trainer, please share where I can find him.
