My son will be 4 next month and was potty trained to pee sitting down. How do I teach him to pee standing up? He has seen me use the urinal in the men's room, but is very reluctant to try it himself. What can I do to make him interested?
Hi There,
I wouldn't worry too much about getting him interested in standing up to wee, he will when he is ready decide he wants to try and be like Daddy.

My little one still sits to pee when he’s in the house and when in a toilet but when he’s needed to pee when out in the woods/fields he always loves to pee against a tree and used to chuckle as he did it.
Try getting him to pee against a tree next time you’re out n about.
Again its no big issue at that age.
Ive got 5 boys and they copied Daddy, I bought a little stool to help them reach over
ping pong ball in the toilet as target practice?
good plan at least there might be a good chance of missing the seat and floor lol
i have heard if you put a target into the spot you want them to pee then that usally gets results try ebay or something to find out if you can buy them????
good plan at least there might be a good chance of missing the seat and floor lol
works for adults as well - known as a "nudge"
