I'm sorry to hear you're struggling Liam....we're all happy to listen and support here. It really helps to talk about our problems, sometimes just putting words to our feelings is a great relief. The fact that you've come along looking for help and willing to talk is a good first step... often talking to strangers is much easier.
We are a friendly bunch of people here and don't judge, so if you'd like to tell us a little about yourself and the difficulties you're experiencing, we can listen and try and advise and support you. Talking really does help.

You are not alone! I’d advise you not to delay your visit to the doctor. I'm not an expert in this field, but communicating with a real expert could help you more than advises on the forum
