Holy mother of sweet jesus the review hearing today could not have gone any better everything went in my favour and the ex just got bollocked throughout they were not happy with her in the slightest!
The final hearing is listed in a months time 4 weeks from today the court bench and the legal were unreal they bent over backwards to get this listed before xmas.
Everything went in my favour throughout the hearing they kept praising me on my bundle and how prepared I was they actually said have you had any legal training mr slim [censored]? lol
The ex did not stick to any part of the last order she refused to attend her freedom course and admitted she never gave my step daughter her presents and card i got for her birthday and said they were inappropiate for her I then showed the court copies of the card in my bundle and they frowned on my ex for breaking the indirect contact which I was asked to do they thought what i wrote to my step daughter is what any loving parent would of wrote.
They told the legal adviser to note down for the final hearing how uncooperative she was, the father of my step daughter never shown up today so that looked really bad too.
I'll do a more in depth breakdown later as I've got to get to work but I'm over the moon I've got a final hearing date set 🙂

Glad it's all gone great, hopefully now that you've had this positive response, as well as having an "End Date" in the form of the final hearing, you can start to properly get things back on course and enjoy the time with the kids.

My Final hearing is 3 weeks on Wednesday, so hopefully we'll both get a positive outcome!

Thanks, yes it looks like I will be able to fight for contact with my Step Daughter the courts were less than impressed when her Father never turned up for the second time today he has never bothered and turned up opposing me having any contact with her then he got made party to the proceedings when the case started.
I'n the directions today it said that PR will be decided for my daughter, a schedule of contact for my daughter outside the contact centre and unsupervised including special occasions is to be decided and direct contact with my step daughter and how handovers will be managed .
I can't get over how pro active the bench was and the legal adviser was working her socks off they really did bend over backwards to get this buttoned up before xmas I was quite taken aback to be fair, yet again I seemed to build a good relationship with the bench and they seemed to like me we did actually have 2-3 laughs and jokes, they looked dumbfounded when my ex explained the reason why she never attended her dv course was because she found god.
Found god?!
