Hi

I think your case is very sad if there is abuse in the household your son might rebel against her eventually he could just be keeping his mum happy for the time being for a easy life I’ve heard stories about children at 16 turn up their fathers doorstep because they are fed up of being alienated

My ex is classed has a risk to my son but he has supervised contact with him the school refuse to put my ex on the system has a contact I think the reason is he isn’t allowed at the school when I was going through court my solicitor told me to keep my ex informed if my son changes schools because of him having PR

I think you are being treated badly by the courts I don’t agree with no contact orders I had a bad time with my ex but I still hand my son over for contact

I really hope things get better for you and you get the answers you are seeking
