do not send the solicitor anything, its simple bully tactics

they have to prove you do not have a secure tenancy the same as any other allegations have to have evidence

Any statements supplied are eligible to cross examination and the only thing i believe you cannot do is cross exam your ex if you are a LIP so usually the judge will do this on your behalf.

If they bring up the tenancy thing then just simply reply that you have a tenancy and you can supply proof before the court if they wish to see it and you will then probably have to supply a copy to the other side
