With great help from Mojo I have now completed my witness statement and filed it as directed. I have also received the exs witness statement.
One is very child focussed and focussed on moving forwards.
The other is a nasty pack of lies which I can prove for the most so easily. Doesn't make a single proposal for the future. Refers to the children as "my" children etc.
Would anyone mind having a read of both statements and giving me your impartial opinion on both?
Hi Woody
Be careful who you offer to send your statements to for reading, we are a public forum and confidentiality is of the utmost importance in court matters. Family proceedings are confidential and documents should only be disclosed in order for you to gain advice from suitable sources.
I'm sure Mojo will have done an amazing job on your statement and have offered you sound advice. If you would like a second pair of eyes I am happy to read through but fairly certain my response will be similar π
