Hi Thomas,

Yoji, one of the other dads, has posted a really useful and comprehensive guide to representing yourself in court. It includes lots of practical examples on how to fill forms out and details his personal experience of the process. It offers some really insightful advice on how to prepare for the final hearing.

It's located at the top of the forum and is entitled 'Guide to Representing Yourself In Court'. It has a symbol of a push pin next to it. You'll need to scroll down to get to the bit that's relevant to you.

If you need any more help or advice, I'm sure ACTD or Yoji will be able to help you. If you need advice urgently, you can always call the Childrens Legal Centre directly (you can find a link to their website below).
