Regarding the police disclosure for what they hold on you - apply now in advance of the hearing, 4weeks I think it takes for them to get it to you.
Regarding police disclosure on her - ask the court to based on your knowledge of her background
Regarding her emptying the joint account that's pretty dam low of her...I was lucky mine only emptied £750 (all that was in it!) not sure what you can do to get it back but again worth putting that in as part of your evidence to support your responses to the Non-Mol - make sure you have before and after bank statements to prove that.
