Hi. I am in a better position than a lot on here thankfully in the fact that I do have regular contact with my son. However the mother of my son will not let me get put on the birth certificate or have a parental responsibility agreement and I need this in order to proceed with a social services case. I understand I need the C1 form but do I need anything else?

Hi if you are just applying for PR and not to formalise contact arrangements, you just need a C1. You need to make 3 copies and send them to your local family court with the fee.
