It probably won't make a whole lot of difference, if it got to court she could argue the fact that she was a stay at home mum and therefore contributed.

Legal advice is the best way to go, at least then you will be clearer about where you stand.

As Mojo has said even if she didn't pay anything towards the mortgage then as she was at home "caring" for your daughter then she will be deemed to have contributed to the house hold.
.
As you are probably aware the recording that you have wouldn't stand up in court as she would have needed to know that you were recording her in order for it to be used.
