Hi,
The mother of my daughter has stopped me seeing my daughter for quite a while now. I have attempted mediation three times but she has denied all requests.
I can’t afford the court costs as it’s meant to cost £1000s which I just don’t have.
Is there anything I can do in order to regain contact with my daughter? Do I have any rights as a father who is on the birth certificate?..
many thanks in advance.
Hi,
As ex has refused mediation there is option to take legal route, and can be done without expensive lawyers. Have you sent you a message
@bill337 hi, no I haven’t sent a message.

@daddy2one hi sorry I mean I sent you a private message. Please check. Minimal costs is paying for application forms
