Thanks for all the tips.
Can any of you tell me what I should expect to happen at the first hearing?
And what the judge might say n stuff.
Any idears on how long it might take me to get contact of any kind?
I dont think my ex is opposing the principle of contact just the type of contact we have asked 4.
I'm going through the same , I ain't been arrested or on drugs or drink , not been charged with anything , I pay mom money each week and I'm still getting smashed to pieces by cafcas . If I was you , sort the drugs out and drink fast tripple p course and anything else you can do to show your child focus. If she's still breast feeding you don't stand a chance buddy , step back and be a real man and dad , be nice show willing and take every olive branch , and don't listen to your family. And for your solicitor to say your get access , yes you will ever 4 weeks at a contact centre for an hour , so have contact with mom there and be nice no conflict , courts want parents to be able to get along , but the minute you step out of line , I'd walk way ,
It's never a good idea to tag onto the end of old posts, this one being over three years old... It would be much better if you start your own topic.
