Hello
I am after any help in relation to viewing my court file.
I have been back and forth to the family courts for the last 5 years, and want to view everything that has been collected. Most specifically I want to confirm how many C79's I have applied for.
Also can I take copies of everything that is in there?
....hmm. Try contacting the court office and explain what you require. Have you got a case in process at the moment? If not there may be a charge for obtaining copies....they should be able to tell you how many C79s you have applied for though. And the process if any for getting hold of your file.
Thanks I have contacted the court but still waiting for them to get back to me. I have another hearing in June for increased contact, and may apply the c79 again before that.
As a case is in progress they should let you have a copy of your file...with my son although he has had different case numbers (a different case number for each separate case) they seem to keep all of them together.
