Hello all,
I have just been handed a Prohibited Steps Order by the unmarried mother of my 2 children. It is based on a collection of misinformation. It states that I am not allowed to pick up the kids (boy9, girl6), from the mum's home or from their school without the permission of the mother. Since moving out mid-November she has constantly blocked me from seeing the children for no reason and this has been her latest step in stopping my access to see the kids.
What steps can I take to challenge this?
I am currently looking for work and am applying for JSA so fees are a prohibitive factor for me.
I am based in East London, E1 if anyone can recommend an organisation that helps dads rather than being immediately against them regardless of the mother's behaviour.
Any advice on how to proceed would be very appreciated.
Thanks
