Just thought I'd share a website I've come across that captures some key family court rulings and may assist/support with putting together position statements and better understanding the courts/judges positions and views on various matters.
If you click on news essentials (weekly dates) you can then view certain cases that the author of the website (who is a family law solicitor) has determined to be Interesting. Having read through some of the cases, I've found it useful should I ever need to put together a position statement or represent myself and the language/terminology to use.

If there is a better location for this post please let me know. 🙂
Cheers.

Is quite helpful (and, at times, ironically entertaining)
