Sorry if this post doesn't reach you in time for the hearing today.
Be honest, you can tell CAFCASS & the judge that the strain of the broken contact caused you to have a breakdown. Be clear in asking the court what you would like them to decide. The courts are experienced in dealing with people representing themselves and will ask you for the relevant information, you won't be expected to make long speeches.
