I need urgent advice regarding an appeal.
Final hearing was last week, it's unbelievable what cafcass and the judge has done "draconian and unusual recommendations" is what the cafcass officer said.
They have overturnt a fact finding hearing, and on the last day of evidence the local Authority contacted the court to say my ex had abandoned my oldest daughter and is now living with me due to emotional abuse by the mother..but am not allowed to younger 3 unless I pay £80 an hour contact session that I can't afford.
These orders are cruel and already having a negative impact on the children.
I don't trust my solicitors no more and think I'm best going alone but don't know where to start.
Hi,
sorry to hear you had a tough time in court. they can really be harsh and break your spirit.
I can help you make an appeal, but would need more information from you. am sending you a private message.
