He anyone been in my situation please share.
My ex left the house went to women refugee centre and told them that I been beaten her five times while she had her kids in her arm she said I been threatened her too but when she left I was even sleep I think she reported to the police but I went to police station they said we don't have any queries about you. After two weeks I emailed her regarding children she replied rarely finally she agreed to bring the kids to see them in train station for the first time in two weeks. After 3 weeks attempt to see the kids again she agreed on every Thursday I agreed with her but she didn't reply to my email. She said don't contact me anymore. She been in relationship with my neighbour within 6 days of saperation now I don't know her whereabouts. My question is will I get access to see the kids if I apply for court despite she accuused me of domestic violence. My friend says you can't see them and court nor allow you to see the kids because there was domestic violence. Any experience will I get access to see the kids or not?
Hi
I've moved your post into it's own thread as it should be easier to see responses.
Lots of dads get accused of domestic violence but end up with a court order for contact. The court are experienced at dealing with these types of allegations, it is very common for this to happen. You might have to jump through some hoops to get there but it has to be better than the current situation.
As you don't know where they are, you will need to fill out a C4 form which is a seek and find order to locate the mother and children. You will also need a C100 form to apply for a Child Arrangement Order.
Good luck
