Honest opinion here....i personally think its time you got yourself to a lawyer or a Mackenzie friend and ask their advice specific to your case.
Sounds like the ex has convinced cafcass or your history has...either way without a [censored] good argument in court youre gonna struggle if cafcass have been taken in by your ex

Try finding a solicitor offering 30mins free advice or look up local Mackenzie friend.

I agree with D-i-D - if they are putting in a recommendation barring you from future applications, then you need professional advice as to whether you can fight this.

Something i've just remembered i should have mentioned.

To fight against the 91.14 (order to prevent further applications without the courts permision) you will need to show and prove that none of your previous application have been unwarranted.

for example.

I applied to court for a contact order, order was awarded, ex broke that order within months, i applied to enforce order - thats an acceptable application.
Ex broke the enforced order, i applied to further enforce order - thats an acceptable application.
Ex refused to allow the extra time that was mentioned as an "expectation" of the courts - i applied to vary the order to have the extra included as she hadn't broken the order she just was refusing to allow any more than ordered - thats an acceptable application.
Ex broke that order so all i could do is apply to enforce that order - thats an acceptable application.
Ex broke that order, i applied for further enforcement of the order by asking the courts to act on their warning notice and commit the ex to prison - thats an acceptable application.
