I have received with my court order and a c1a from my abusive ex partner. I'm a woman in this case. I have received in all honesty great advice from a mackenzie friend as didn't get legal aid in Time even with reports etc but still need advice. I'm self representing in first instance as I've not time now.
He has wrote untruths to make it look awful. I'm a complete monster in his allegations against me. It's like I am reading about someone else. He was abusive to me and to my children though. Story is long so will keep it short as would rather keep quiet but I'm confused on some stuff.
I've done my responses to allegations but it doesnt fit into the little boxes in response so can I write in extra paper? Also I'm submitting my c1a with evidence and can I give it with all paperwork to the court. I'm taking it on Monday as it needs to be there by Thursday next week.
Many thanks
hi,
keep it brief. you can write a 2 page position statement and take it with you on day of court hearing. you will have plenty of chances to address allegations.
If you can prove the allegations are false then I would include the evidence with your statement as part of your submission to court. take extra copies with you on the day in case the court doesn't get them in to the case file for the hearing.
