Hi I had a court order to arrange contact to see my daughter in a contact support Ed centre I am going to a center every two weeks but cafcas said I need more contact so was given and an order for ever week , I found a centre but now but my ex is saying it's not safe so she will don't attend.

If she's in breach of the order you can take it back to court.
If you've had a final hearing, you will need a C79 form, unfortunately this wouldn't warrant an emergency hearing.
If your proceedings are ongoing, you can write to the court to let them know what is happening.
