Not much to report 5 weeks left to wait till court after a 4-5 week wait already, 3 hour evening access was agreed between me and the mother and 6 hour on a weekend interim. 3 hours of an evening have happened on most occasions but none of the weekend access. Last week I was asked I f i could swap the saturday to the sunday, I agreed and then asked for times on the Sunday this was once again ignored and left till my day was taken up waiting and no outcome. I had my child on Monday which was last weeks access and then Tuesday I asked for updates on another evening this week or the weekend and this was ignored. I hate being played around like an idiot, I feel like there is just no point in me making arrangements as I am just treated like a puppet waiting in anticipation to see my little one and her to see me to then have it ripped away from us. Disgusting!

it is difficult to know what to do in these circumstances, but I suppose you have little choice but to make arrangement just in case she does actually cooperate.

Well my last message was Tuesday, as above I said any updates on an evening or Saturday the message was seen and ignored. I'm not going to keep messaging when you see a lot of tings about harassment and what not, She is bviously trying to make life hard work.

With five weeks to go and non compliance of the interim order you can write to the judge who made the order and ask for urgent new directions, explaining that the order has been breached and your requests ignored. If the judge is worth their salt they will bring the hearing forward so that they can deal with it.

Hi Mojo,

Sorry I haven't been to court yet, I had a 10 week wait from when I got my letter. In penciled in for late May.

...sorry, I got the wrong end of the stick, read the word interim an assumed you had an interim order.
You just have to hang on in there.
