i work for royal mail (RM) and when my daughter who was born in may last year
i called m RM human resources to ask about the unpaid leave
they had to check and after a few minutes said yes i was entitled to them
i then asked if the weeks that i get( cannot mind how many weeks it was) if i can take these weeks when it convenient for me

they then informed me tat i had to see my delivery office manager for this
