I was recently charged with assault and death threats. The crown is willing to dismiss the charges. If charges get dropped and there is no undertaken can my wife still keep my children away from me. Thanks
well,it's for the court to decide that, not your ex, but the court may well have concerns and require restrictions - how severe is up to what they consider the risk to the children to be, and even though the charges have been dropped, the court may consider that there is stilla risk.
Hi There,
.
I think as said it depends on the court, if you were charged then there must have been some evidence there in the first place and the judge may well look at that, I guess you need to try and show as much remource as possible for the way you acted (what ever that was that brought the charge in the first place) and hopefully the judge will accept this.
