Good Evening,
In November last year my ex partner made an allegation against me, regarding my daughter.
This was NFA in mid december and case closed. Now she has requested a police review, and someone higher in command will be reviewing the case,
I have already put my court application in for access
Has anyone ever had a review after NFA before? should I be concerned as it was closed last year, talk about dragging it out.

I don't have any experience of this, but I would imagine that th result is likely to be the same, otherwise it's almost an admittance that his officers got it wrong... best of luck
